Hi, Turned on my Firestick'today and it seems to have reset itself. All my apps have gone. I have tried to download the Downloader but it comes up with a message 'you are not authorised to download'. I tried to download an Apk from the Web but it comes up with a failure ' downloading is not supported at this time'. I have third party aps. If that didn't work, please let me know and I'll figure out something else to try. It just started in the last 2 days-up until then, I could go on the website, and I could access Spotify from my Firestick. I can load the Spotify app on my computer and smartphone. I've unplugged and plugged in. Spotify Premium lets you download up to 10,000 songs on up to five devices, so that you don't have to use your precious mobile data to stream your favorite music and podcasts on the go.
